We make our best to ensure that you receive your worktop as quickly as possible and at most reasonable cost. For full customer satisfaction we offer several different worktops delivery services:
STANDARD WORKTOP DELIVERY
Our standard delivery time is within 2 to 5 working days after the day of order.
The worktops will arrive between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm on any working day*
in-between this period.
SPECIAL WORKTOP DELIVERIES
We offer mainly 2 Special Worktop Delivery services:
Next Day Worktop Delivery - for orders received before 10:00 am.
Specified Week Day Worktop Delivery
For worktops to be dispatched under either of these delivery options the order must be placed by telephone. Both worktop delivery services are at extra cost (governed by size and weight). You will be informed of the cost of these deliveries when you place your order. The worktops will arrive between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm on the specified day.
* Please, note: Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not working days. We deliver our worktops and solid wood flooring ourselves. The driver is usually accompanied by a helper. They can put the goods in desired by you place. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem with access, please inform us by telephone at the time of order. A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. If a delivery is made to an address and no one is there to accept it (to avoid this you can specify your work or business address as your delivery address) we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
